नई दिल्ली: अगर आप किसी कंपनी में नौकरी (Job) करते हैं तो यह खबर आपके लिए है. साल में आपको जो बोनस मिलता है और महीने में सैलरी के जो मिनिमम रुपये मिलते हैं, उस पर कंपनियों की नजर है. कंपनियां चाहती हैं कि दो-तीन साल के लिए ऐसा नियम बन जाए कि यह देना ही न पड़े. कंपनी अपने हिसाब से नियम बनाकर ऐसा करना चाहती हैं. कंपनियों ने ये सुझाव केंद्र सरकार को दिए हैं. कंपनियों की ये बात अगर सरकार ने मानी तो यह नियम लागू भी हो सकते हैं.
